Welcome to Plumeria Encinitas, where the love for high-quality vegan and vegetarian cuisine takes root and flourishes. Our journey began in the heart of University Heights with our first location, Plumeria Vegetarian Restaurant, and has since expanded to Plumeria Encinitas, our second home.

If you are watching your carbs, we are happy to substitute rice for extra mixed veggies in your entered.
